I've been noticing lately (thanks in no small part to Tom Spurgeon's birthday linking) that a lot of my favorite folks share (or shared...) my astrological sign.

I'm sure there are others. It makes me wonder if the reason I am so interested in these folk's work is because I am similarly wired thanks to astrological fate or some such metaphysical mumbo jumbo. My philosophy on this is very simple and can be summed up by a line Thom Yorke sang. "Gravity always wins".
